What is a structural stability certificate, and who needs one?
It is a document from an authorised engineer confirming that a building can safely carry the loads it is designed and used for. Owners of residential and commercial buildings need it for MCD approval and often for occupancy, loans, insurance, additions or renovation. We assess civil (RCC and masonry) and M.S. steel structures and issue the report with certification.
Do you do turnkey construction with material?
Yes. Our turnkey civil construction and EPC projects include engineering and design, material procurement, construction and execution, and handover and commissioning, for residential, commercial and industrial buildings and for renovation and interiors.
How much does a structural stability certificate cost?
Site visit charges are applicable, and certification charges depend on the area and the type of structure. Call or WhatsApp us with the building details for a quote.
Do you build and remodel homes?
Yes, through LivDwell Homes, our residential arm. We build independent houses, villas and apartments from design and foundations to finishing, and we remodel and renovate existing homes, including interiors. Consultation is free.
Can an existing coal or oil-fired boiler be converted to biomass or gas?
Yes. We handle fuel conversion from coal to gas, oil to gas and biomass integration, along with combustion system modification, CFD analysis, air and fuel distribution balancing and structural and mechanical upgrades. Retrofits typically target energy savings of 15 to 30%.
